La récupération réussie de phosphore dans les sous-produits alimentaires industriels

Grâce aux progrès scientifiques, notamment dans le domaine du génie industriel, un consortium financé par l'UE a converti de façon rentable des déchets organiques et des flux de sous-produits alimentaires industriels en engrais phosphatés totalement sûrs et très nutritifs: le biocharbon et le compost. Une importance particulière a été accordée au développement de produits finis de qualité, sûrs et conformes aux exigences légales.

Ein EU-finanziertes Konsortium hat fortgeschrittene Wissenschaft und Industrietechnik verwendet, um organische Abfälle und Nebenproduktströme aus der Lebensmittelindustrie kosteneffizient in vollständig sicheren zurückgewonnenen Phosphordünger mit hoher Nährstoffdichte , Biokohle und Kompostprodukte umzuwandeln. Besonderes Augenmerk lag auf der Entwicklung von Qualität, Sicherheit und gesetzlichen Anforderungen für die Endprodukte.

Animal Bone biochar (ABC) is a recovered organic phosphorus fertiliser produced from food grade animal bones with advanced zero emission environmental performance. The current investment project is aimed at the implementation of an ABC processing plant hardware installation (replication model) and the global market uptake of ABC biochar technology.
